Through the late 80s and 90s, that sound crystallised into Goa trance: melodic, spiritual, endlessly psychedelic.
Then the world took it, sped it up, split it into subgenres — and somewhere along the way, the original spirit got rare. Anam Cara exists to bring it home: the actual artists, the actual sound, on the actual soil where it all began.
