Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 22, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Anam Cara Festival website (anamcarafestival.com) and by purchasing tickets or attending the festival, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase tickets.

2. Festival Details

Event: Anam Cara Festival

Dates: December 24-26, 2026

Venue: Goa, India

Capacity: 3,000 – 5,000 attendees

Age Restriction: Strictly 18+ — no minors are admitted, not even with a parent or guardian (valid government-issued ID required)

The festival is a Goa trance music event featuring live performances, DJ sets, wellness activities, morning retreats, and community experiences.

3. Ticket Purchase

  • All ticket sales are conducted exclusively online through our website.
  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  • Each ticket is linked to the purchaser's name and personal details. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. If you cannot attend, you may request a name change by emailing tickets@anamcarafestival.com at least 7 days before the festival — a ₹500 processing fee applies and the new attendee must meet all entry requirements.
  • You will receive a digital ticket with a unique QR code upon successful purchase. This QR code is required for entry.
  • Duplicate or counterfeit tickets will result in denied entry without refund.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Ticket Types & Pricing

Ticket prices vary by phase and type:

  • Soul Pass (Phase 1): 3-day all-access pass. Non-refundable.
  • Daily Pass: Single-day access pass for Day 1, Day 2, or Day 3.
  • Subsequent phases (Phase 2-5) unlock after previous phases sell out, with increasing prices.

5. Complimentary Wellness & Holistic Programs

  • Alongside the music, we curate additional holistic experiences — such as sunrise yoga, meditation, sound healing, workshops, ceremonies and other wellness offerings.
  • These programs are offered free of charge as a gift from the festival. They are not included in, and form no part of, the price of any ticket.
  • All such offerings are subject to availability, capacity, facilitator schedules and weather, and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. The availability, alteration or cancellation of these complimentary programs does not entitle ticket holders to any refund, discount, compensation or claim.
  • Personal sessions are paid separately: certain one-on-one offerings — such as Thai massage and other bodywork, tarot readings, astrology consultations and similar personal services — are provided by independent practitioners at their own rates. These are booked and paid for directly with the practitioner and are not included in any festival ticket.

6. Entry & Identification

  • A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the ticket is mandatory for entry.
  • Your digital ticket QR code will be scanned at the entrance gate. Please have it readily available on your mobile device.
  • The festival reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who cannot produce valid identification or a valid ticket.
  • Wristbands will be issued at the gate and must be worn at all times within the festival grounds. Removal of the wristband voids your entry.

7. Code of Conduct

All attendees must adhere to our community guidelines:

  • Treat all fellow attendees, artists, staff, and volunteers with respect and kindness.
