Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for tickets purchased for Anam Cara Festival (December 24-26, 2026, Goa, India). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.

3. Cancellation by Attendee

• If you wish to cancel your ticket, please contact us at tickets@anamcarafestival.com with your ticket number and order details.
• Cancellation requests are subject to the refund terms of your specific ticket type as outlined above.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows (failure to attend the festival).

4. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers

• Full Cancellation: If the festival is fully cancelled by the organizers, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the next edition of Anam Cara Festival.
• Postponement: If the festival is postponed to a new date, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, etc.), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. Refunds in force majeure situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be offered after deducting non-recoverable costs incurred by the organizers.

6. Lineup Changes

The festival lineup is subject to change. Artist cancellations or changes do not constitute grounds for a ticket refund. We will make every effort to provide suitable replacements and maintain the quality of the festival experience.

7. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days of approval.
• Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be non-refundable.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

8. Ticket Transfer

Tickets are personal and non-transferable. If you cannot attend, you may request a name change by emailing tickets@anamcarafestival.com at least 7 days before the festival — a ₹500 processing fee applies and the new attendee must meet all entry requirements.

9. Lost or Stolen Tickets

If your digital ticket is lost or you cannot access it, contact us at tickets@anamcarafestival.com with your purchase confirmation. We will verify your identity and reissue the ticket. Lost tickets do not qualify for refunds.
